What this website is

An introduction to our services and a way to reach us. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, book a crew, or guarantee availability, and we have not agreed to do any work until it is in writing.

Emergencies

If you have an active emergency — water still running, an unsafe structure, fire, or a gas leak — call emergency services first, then call us at (253) 414-1809. Do not rely on a web form for anything urgent. We answer the phone; a form sits until someone reads it.

Information on this site

Guidance in our service pages and blog is general information about damage, drying, and mold, written for a Pacific Northwest audience. It is not an inspection of your property and not a substitute for one. Every building is different, and what is right for one is wrong for another.

Insurance

We work with insurance claims, but we are not your insurer, we do not adjust claims, and nothing here is a promise that a claim will be approved or that any particular amount will be paid. Coverage is between you and your insurance company.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but prices, availability, service areas, and certifications can change. If something here matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about the property and the damage.
• Only submit the form if you are authorized to arrange work on that property.
• Do not use this site to send us anything unlawful, or to attempt to disrupt it.
